6U Division: 9/1/2019 - 8/31/2020
8U Division: 9/1/2017 - 8/31/2019
10U/Under 10: 1/1/2016 - 8/31/2017
12U/Under 12: 1/1/2014 - 12/31/2015
14U/Under 14: 9/1/2011 - 12/31/2013
16U/19U-High School Division: 1/1/2007 - 8/31/2011



*plus nonrefundable $25 AYSO National fee (valid for Mundelein AYSO programs through June 30, 2026) and $2.75 transaction fee

PLEASE NOTE THAT PLAYERS WHO HAVE REGISTERED FOR THE SEASON AFTER REGULAR REGISTRATION MAY RECEIVE THEIR UNIFORM AFTER SEASON START.
